What To Expect

To make this transition as easy and seamless as possible, we’ve compiled a list of things you may want to keep in mind or do before, during, and after conversion.
Conversion Timeline
Friday, October 7Beginning Friday, the following services will be unavailable during the conversion period:
  • Telephone Banking
  • Online & Mobile Banking Online Bill Pay
Monday, October 10

Banking centers will be closed on observance of Columbus Day.

Tuesday, October 11

We will begin serving you as Origin Bank. You will have full access to online & mobile banking, telephone banking, online bill pay, and ATMs. Banking centers will open at their normal times.

Things To Remember
Before October 7th

Download account statements prior to October 7 if you need more than 18 months of checking and money market account history or 12 months of savings account history.

Make note of online bill payments scheduled between October 1 – 15 and monitor your activity to ensure all payments are made.

Print or make note of any payee information saved within online bill pay.

October 7th–10th

Make deposits at a banking center during business hours or through the night depository while ATM deposits are temporarily unavailable.

On/After October 11th

When setting up any new electronic transfers or reordering checks, be sure to use Origin’s routing number: 111102758

Enable debit alerts by visiting Origin.bank/debitalerts

Reset your telephone banking PIN. When you call, your temporary PIN will be the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number. The telephone banking phone number will remain 903-763-4596.

Sign into online banking through a web browser to reset your password. Your username will remain the same, and your temporary password will be the last 6 digits of your Social Security number.

Once registered for online banking, you can:
  • Review and manage your document delivery preferences for either paper or online delivery.
  • Download the Origin Bank mobile app & access Zelle.
  • Set up any new bill payments, eBills, or transfers.
