Free First-Time Homebuyer Workshop Offered by Origin Bank and Renewal, Inc.

Monroe, LA - Renewal, Inc. and Origin Bank will be partnering to sponsor an upcoming 1st Time Homebuyer Course. The dates of the 2-day event are Saturday, October 14, and Saturday, October 21, 2017. The event will be held from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm both days. This program is free to the public and will be held at The Lighthouse Church, 513 Sunnyside Dr. in Monroe; Bishop Alvin B. Walker, pastor.

Renewal, Inc. offers this 8-hour homebuyer education class semi-annually. The course is taught by industry professionals in an educational environment. The classes are conveniently offered on weekends. All classes require advance registration. Certificates of completion (sometimes required for down payment assistance programs) will be provided for each participant that completes the 2-day course.
