Project Enrich gives full-time employees up to 20 hours of paid time each year during work hours to volunteer with charitable organizations within the communities we serve. It targets our support for organizations impacting youth, education, the arts, and community development and allows us the opportunity to provide hands-on involvement in building our communities. It is a coordinated effort between employees, managers, human resources and culture strategies.
