Melissa: Everyone at the office gets excited when I come visit you because they know we get to bring samples back. Ashley's favorite is the garlic figs.

R.J.: Great if you like garlic.

Melissa: Great if you like garlic.

R.J.: We only do 157 different barbeque sauces. We make food taste better.

Melissa: Yes, you do.

R.J.:  Origin's been wonderful to work with. And a lot of it has to do with her. And John, my CFO, and myself are committed to being with a strong bank but also a smaller bank. And especially one that can make decisions locally. You get a very quick answer and a very upfront and honest answer. They don't try to manage your business or micromanage what you're doing.

Melissa: Obviously, we want our customers to succeed, but they know their business the best, so they need to be the ones operating on a daily basis, and work with their partner to help them succeed. R.J. tells us what he needs and we try to make it happen.

R.J.:  Yeah, we're growing at a very healthy rate. We're also doing a major expansion in Memphis, our facility up there. And we've got to get that completed, get moved in, and make sure that we're still viable as a company. Don't worry.
