Origin Bank Announces Major Renovation to its West Monroe Financial Center

MONROE, LA – Origin Bank announces the completion of a major renovation to its West Monroe Financial Center at 2211 North 7th Street. The new design is a drastic turn from the traditional bank branch, offering such amenities as a concierge station rather than teller windows, and a technology bar with iPads programmed to assist customers in finding the right mortgage loan for their specific needs. The banking center also provides spaces such as consult booths and a redesigned conference room where customers can hold meetings with staff members, or even conduct personal, non-bank business.

“We are very pleased with the new design of our West Monroe Financial Center,” said Lance Hall, Origin’s Louisiana president and chief strategy and operations officer. “It is our vision to create unique banking experiences that impact the world around us, and we believe we have accomplished that vision with this renovation. In addition, we are committed to Northeast Louisiana, and believe that this and future renovations in the area demonstrate that commitment in a tangible way.”

The West Monroe location is only the first in a series of upcoming renovations for the bank, which covers the three state region of Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. The next banking center to receive an upgrade is Origin’s Monroe Financial Center at 1800 Hudson Lane. Renovations are set to begin on that banking center in late 2017.
