Intern Selection Process
Submit your application and resume for consideration for our G.I.V.E. Program!
As part of our interview process, you’ll complete a one-way video interview designed to help you shine. This is your opportunity to showcase your skills, share your story, and highlight what makes you a great fit for the internship. You’ll be asked a series of pre-recorded questions and will have the chance to record your responses using our video platform.
Selected candidates will meet with the hiring manager for an in-person interview. This conversation is an opportunity to learn more about the role, team, and day-to-day responsibilities. The interview is designed to be engaging, allowing you to showcase your strengths, ask questions, and get a feel for our culture. Come prepared, be yourself, and use this time to make meaningful connections. We’re excited to get to know you!
Orientation in Ruston, Louisiana
On your first day, our intern kickoff is designed to introduce you to our culture, connect you with fellow interns and team members, and set you up for success. You'll gain insights into our organization, learn what to expect throughout the program, and explore the tools and resources available to support your growth. This is your chance to build connections, ask questions, and have some fun!
