Medical Center Banking Center Closure
A Message To Our Valued Customers
Origin is consolidating our Medical Center Banking Center with the nearby Museum District Banking Center at 1511 Binz Street. As a result, we will officially close the Medical Center location at 3pm Friday, August 16, 2024. Both the Museum District and West University banking centers are within a 3-mile radius of the Medical Center location, so you won’t have to travel far. Origin has 9 total locations around the Houston metro area, including our West University Banking Center, which is also within close proximity at 5324 Kirby Drive. Our trusted advisors will continue to provide you the same personalized service, along with amenities such as drive-thru banking and a 24/7 ATM.
Safe Deposit Boxes
If you have a safe deposit box at Medical Center, we will waive the first year of your box rental fee on a new box of the same size or smaller.* Our Museum District Banking Center located at 1511 Binz Street has the most safe deposit box availability and is only a short distance away from our Medical Center location, so please give us a call soon to reserve a new box. Further details will be mailed to safe deposit box customers soon. To schedule an appointment to begin your safe deposit box transfer, please contact our Medical Center team at 713-357-1600 by Friday, July 12, 2024. If you will not be relocating your safe deposit box to another Origin Bank location, please plan on closing your box at Medical Center no later than Friday, July 12, 2024.
