The same loyalty applies to their patrons, some of whom have visited three to four times a week for years. To honor them, the restaurants have placed brass plaques with their names on the tables they frequent. This mutual, ongoing respect has played a big role in helping to build such a strong reputation and successful model.
Jody believes that the value of any organization is found in its brand and its culture. His connection to Domenic’s family covers multiple decades. Having first worked as Domenic’s father’s banker, as the business has progressed Jody has continued his business relationship with the family, now working directly with Domenic. He has helped the business manage numerous complex accounts and has kept them up-to-date on the latest products, such as Positive Pay, which automatically monitors checks for mistakes or fraudulent activity. In his daily contact with the family Jody knows he’s moving toward the next generation, and he cherishes this evolving legacy.
