Angie: Yeah, you...well, you are a banker psychiatrist.
Rick: Sometimes, yeah. I've had to talk...
Angie: Talk to...
Rick: ...people off the ledge, yeah. Not you.
Angie: I was really young when I started this, and you were able to guide me in a way that was very beneficial. This expanded space was really a leap of faith. He looked at the figures and what we had to work with and said, "You know, you can do this." Line of credit, loan, what would be the best thing to do?
Rick: There was no doubt, she had the right stuff to make it happen. Angie's very passionate about what she does. I think it's important to her to do things that help people feel better about themselves. She's very knowledgeable, and I've always admired that.
Angie: The relationship with your bank is really critical. I've got enough on my shoulders with opening the doors every day, and purchasing, and all the things that go with retailing. To this day, I think Rick is amazed. He's very hands on, comes around and looks. He's a customer and likes to just drop in and see what's going on here. And, it means a lot of me that he's proud of this store and proud of me.
Rick: I'm trying to figure out how I can continue to eat fried chicken and still lose weight, and she'll say, "Well, you can't." Wow.
Angie: He's come that far.
